As a child I grew up with a personal biographer, my mom. Her love of the camera, became my own and I get to be your personal biographer.
—
In the summer of 2005 I got a paycheck from my first job, I was a lifeguard at a community pool in my neighborhood— El Salvador Park. I spent my entire first check on my own digital camera. My love for photography continued as a hobbyist, I was always the friend taking photos. It wasn't until 2018 that I took my love and made it my business (alongside building my career as a doula). This expanded and I was a doula, birth photographer for 6 years. When I was on my own fertility journey to manifest my second child, I paused my work as a doula. One day I know I'll return to birthwork, but for now, my focus is on storytelling with my camera.
I am a first generation, Latinx, Mexican-American daughter of immigrants, born and raised in Santa Ana, California. I support families in documenting the beautiful milestones of life as a personal biographer.
My intention with my camera is that you feel seen.
